Contact details: your name, email address, phone numbers, and mailing address.
People you authorize to drop off, pick up, or pay for your pet, and an emergency contact.
Pet information: name, breed, age, weight, sex, spay/neuter status, coat, photos, allergies, medications, feeding instructions, behavior notes, and your veterinarian's name and phone number.
Vaccination records and other documents you upload.
Signed waivers and forms, and the answers you give on them.
Messages you send us by text, email, phone, or our website.
How you heard about us, if you choose to tell us.

Information created when you use our services:

Bookings, visit history, report cards, and grooming notes.
Purchases, invoices, payments, refunds, daycare pass balances, and memberships.
Payment information: card payments are processed by our payment processor. We do not store your full card number.

Information collected automatically on our website:

Basic technical information, such as your browser type, device, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit.
Cookies and similar tools that keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and help us understand how our website is used. Our website may use analytics and advertising tools from companies such as Google and Meta (Facebook).

Analytics and Advertising Cookies

Our website may use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to see how visitors use the site, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure our Facebook ads. To provide our services: boarding, daycare, grooming, training, veterinary days, and our shop.

Text Messages (SMS)

If you choose to get texts from us, we send booking confirmations, appointment reminders, pickup notices, and replies to your messages. Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, or STOP to stop texts at any time. You can also turn texts off in your account.
Signing up for texts is never required to book or buy anything.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text-message consent with anyone for their own marketing. The only companies that see your number are the ones that deliver our messages for us.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:

Service providers who work for us, such as our payment processor, website and booking-system host, and email and text-message providers. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
Your veterinarian or an emergency veterinarian, when needed for your pet's care.
People you have authorized on your account, such as someone you allow to pick up your pet.
When required by law, or to protect the safety of people or animals.
If our business is sold or transferred, your information may be transferred to the new owner, who must honor this policy.

Webcams

We offer webcams so clients can watch their pets during daycare and boarding. The cameras show our play areas and boarding suites, so other clients may see your pet while it is with us. Camera access is given to clients at check-in.

Data Storage and Security

We store your information securely and use reasonable safeguards to protect it from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep your information while you are a client and for as long as needed afterward for our records, including tax, accounting, and legal requirements. Signed waivers, vaccination records, and financial records are kept for at least as long as the law requires.

Your Rights and Choices

See and update your information: sign in to your account, or contact us.
Request deletion: ask us to delete your information. We will do so unless we need to keep it for legal, tax, safety, or record-keeping reasons.
Marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
Text messages: reply STOP at any time, or turn texts off in your account.
Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of our website may not work without them.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common standard for these signals, our website does not currently respond to them.

Children

Our services and website are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
