Three things to know about the cameras.
Your camera login is in your account
Log in to your account to see the camera username and password. For boarding, we give you your suite's details at drop-off. The cameras have their own login, so your website password won't work there.
Daycare floor and boarding suites
The daycare camera covers the play floor, so you'll catch play sessions and rest breaks. The boarding cameras show the suites.
Phone, tablet, or computer
The camera viewer works in a regular web browser. No app to install.

Most places ask you to trust them. We'd rather show you. The cameras are an open invitation to see that we do what we say: structured play, real rest, and a team that knows your dog by name.

Do I need to be a client to watch?
Yes. The cameras are for families with a dog in daycare or boarding. Log in to your account to find the camera login, or call us at (760) 745-9900.
Can I see my dog specifically?
You'll see your dog whenever they're in view on the play floor or in a suite. Every suite is used for daycare rest breaks from 6 am to 6 pm, so a boarding dog may rest in a different suite during the day. Check back after 6 pm to see them settled in their own. Want a quick update? Call the front desk and we're happy to check on them.
Do the webcams mean someone is watching overnight?
No. The cameras let you look in anytime, but they aren't overnight staffing. Our team is here during business hours, Monday through Saturday 6:30 am to 6:00 pm.
What if the camera won't load?
