Want texts about your dog's visits? It's up to you.
We can text you booking confirmations, reminders, and a heads-up when your dog is ready to go home. It's handy, and it's completely optional. Saying no doesn't change anything: you can still book and use every service we offer.
How to sign up
- At the front desk: ask for our Text Message Sign-Up form and check the optional box. See the form
- By text: text JOIN to (760) 745-9900. We'll text back to confirm.
- Online: check the optional texting box when you create your account, or turn texts on in your account profile.
What we text about
- Booking confirmations and appointment reminders
- A heads-up about 20 minutes before your dog's groom is done, so you can come pick them up
- Reminders when your dog's vaccine record is about to expire
- Replies to questions you text us
We don't send marketing texts. Message frequency varies with your bookings, usually 1 to 5 per visit. Message and data rates may apply.
Stopping texts, or getting help
Reply STOP to any text and we'll stop right away. Reply START or JOIN to sign up again. Reply HELP, call (760) 745-9900, or email info@hotdiggitydogresort.com for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number stays private
We never sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your text consent with anyone for their own marketing. The only companies that see your number are the ones that deliver our messages for us. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.
