Who may pick up your dog
Add family members or a dog walker, with a photo, so we know them at the front desk.
We only release your dog to you or someone you've listed.
- Log in and open My details.
- Under People who may drop off and pick up, type their name, who they are, and their phone. Add a photo if you can. It helps us greet them by name.
- Press Add person.
To take someone off, press Remove under their name.
